Refund policy

Payments are manual CliQ transfers, so refunds are handled manually by our team.

If an event is cancelled, you get a full refund — message us on WhatsApp at +962 78 620 3353with your order number and we'll send it back the way it came. For any other refund, contact us the same way: refunds are at the organizer's discretion until 48 hours before the event.
